How does your service work?
Vent Vault is a safe space where anyone can come for casual chats, venting, and general advice. At the moment, we do not have professional therapists. All you need to do is click the ‘Vent Anonymously’ button and agree to the terms and conditions before you are connected to a Listener.
Do I need to pay to vent?
Vent Vault is a free service and neither charges nor runs ads. However, we rely on well-wisher donations to manage the website, motivate and train listeners, and hire professional help therapists if need be.
How sure am I that my identity will be protected?
We aim to keep our clients’ information as private as possible, and anyone willing to share their personal information for follow-up is entirely by choice. Rest assured that the data is highly protected.
What happens if I not connected to a Listener?
If all our listeners are busy or engaged, you can reach out to us through the ‘Contact us’ page, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you are uncomfortable with this option, you can come back later, and we will gladly help you.
How do I join as a therapist?
We are not hiring at the moment. However, we are open to internships and volunteers. All you need to do is reach out to us through the contact us page or write to us at careers@ventvault.com.
